As the five-day May Day holiday is around the corner, have you made any plans for your holiday? If not, here's a complete list for things to do in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province.

In the city, one can visit tourist attractions, admire a large variety of flowers, go to street fairs, or go camping.

Huishan Ancient Town is where the 24th Wuxi City Flower Azalea Blossom Festival is being held until May 4. In addition to azalea blossom shows, hanfu shows, and Chinese-style performances, the scenic area stages a light show and concert every night to entertain tourists.

CCTV's Wuxi Movie and TV Production Base, a popular theme park that combines movies and television with tourism, launched an immersive puzzle game centering around the Chinese classic novel Shuihuzhuan, or Heros of the Marshes.

Liyuan Park is hosting the second Fan Li Culture Festival until May and visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery while recalling the romantic story about Fan Li, a well-known Chinese politician from over 2,000 years ago and Xi Shi, one of the four great beauties of history.

One can also visit the Nianhua Bay scenic area, Shangtian Small Town, Longsi Ecological Garden, and Xushe town in Yixing for flowers including roses, crabapple blossomss, and azaleas.

Dangkou Ancient Town, Qingming Bridge Historic and Culture Block, Meili Ancient Town, and Xiaolou Lane will offer Chinese-style market fairs with different themes.

Lihu Lake scenic area, Longtouzhu scenic area, Yixing National Forest Park, and Yingyue Lake Central Park in the city are the perfect places to go camping with friends and family.
