Wuxi reported confirmed cases and asymptomatic carriers of COVID-19 virus, and our epidemic prevention and control efforts are facing severe and daunting challenges. At present, we are taking sound, rigorous, quick and resolute measures aiming to win the race against the virus spread, which calls for your and all citizens' support and participation. To support our response endeavor, safeguard the health and safety of you and your family members, please follow the following kind reminders:

1. Support the COVID-19 response measures. Currently, we are conducting epidemiological investigation and source tracing, personnel screening and management, nucleic acid testing, management and disinfection of key places in an orderly fashion. Once a confirmed case or asymptomatic carrier was identified, Disease Prevention and Control Department will conduct epidemiological investigation and disinfection of relevant places. Please cooperate with government staff, community workers and medical staff when they contact you for more information.

2. Obey the epidemic prevention and control regulations. Please follow the epidemic situation closely, keep your sense of protecting yourself and others. Do not go outside unless it is necessary and do not leave Wuxi unless it is urgent. Please live, study and work in Wuxi in accordance with the requirements in the Notice of Wuxi on Epidemic Prevention and Control. Please download the Lingxi APP in time to complete registration.

3. Take daily personal protection & precaution measures. Please wear disposable medical face masks, wash hands often, keep getting fresh air and keep social distancing. Please monitor your personal health status. If you have symptoms such as fever, coughing, fatigue, hyposmia or diarrhea, please report to your residential community and seek medical help at a close fever clinic with proper self-protection measures. If your health code turns red or yellow, please do not panic or go out. Report to your residential community immediately or consult the staff on site, and cooperate with relevant prevention and control measures.

4. Follow official notice. Please follow the official WeChat account of "无锡发布" (wuxifabu2013) and "无锡外事驿站"(wuxifao) to keep informed of the latest official news regarding the epidemic. We should deal with the epidemic in a scientific and rational way and never fabricate, believe, or spread rumors.
