Qingmingqiao historic and culture block, an iconic attraction in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, was recently added to the list of outstanding attractions in integrating intangible cultural heritage with tourism.
The attraction has brought in experience projects for local ICH items, launched ICH-themed travel routes, developed creative products for ICH, and staged performances to promote ICH.
ICH-themed shopping festivals and livestreams have also been organized by the scenic spot to market ICH products in Wuxi online.

The NANIMOMO (a word meaning clay figurines in Wuxi dialect) brand was created for Huishan clay figurines. In addition, NANIMOMO-themed cafes, songs, and operas have been created.
Digital collections for ICH items, including liuqing bamboo carvings and Huishan clay figurines, have also been launched this year to better familiarize young generations with traditional Chinese culture.

The Qingmingqiao historic and culture block is located along the Qingming Bridge section of the Grand Canal and shows the most distinctive features of riverside towns in regions south of the Yangtze River.
On both sides of the Canal are ancient kilns, houses, streets, bridges, temples, towers, lanes and wharfs built during the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911).
