On summer days, many Wuxi natives don't like cooking themselves and want to eat something cold. Braised food in rice wine is their top choice. Green soybeans, duck, shrimp, chicken feet, and various other types of poultry and vegetables can be soaked in rice wine and made into a delicious dish.
