Wuxi Museum displays Alphonse Mucha works

More than 100 artworks by Czech artist Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939) are on display at the Wuxi Museum from April 25 to Aug 24.
Best known for his creations of densely patterned posters that epitomize the Art Nouveau interest in natural forms, Mucha also worked in furniture, jewelry and theatrical sets.
Ticket: 38 yuan ($5.22) per person
Opening hours: 9 am-5 pm from Tuesday to Sunday (closed every Monday except holidays)
