Yinyuan Park features Chinese wisteria flowers cascading down the walls and flower stands, adding a touch of fairy-tale charm to this ancient Jiangnan garden. The purple flowers against the white walls and black tiles look vibrant and beautiful with a gentle breeze.

Besides the engraved stones at Plum Garden, a Chinese wisteria is said to have been planted over 100 years ago. The wisteria corridor at the old gate changes with the seasons, showcasing purple in spring, green in summer, yellow in autumn, and mottled in winter.
