Both sides discussed ways to attract more visitors after the route opens, coordinate promotional campaigns and improve services for incoming tourists, reaching broad agreement on future cooperation.

Later that day, the South Korean delegation visited Qingming Bridge Historical and Cultural Block and took a nighttime boat tour along the ancient Grand Canal. The illuminated bridges and traditional waterside streets offered the visitors a glimpse of Wuxi's characteristic Jiangnan charm.

Wuxi is working to strengthen its presence in the South Korean tourism market and improve services for international visitors. The planned air link is expected to make travel between the two destinations more convenient and create new opportunities for tourism, trade and cultural exchanges.
