The Shibawan scenic area in the Wuxi Taihu Lake National Tourism Resort recently reopened after two months of renovations.

The renovations started from Qinglongshan Road in the east and went all the way to Lujiangkou in the west, with a total length of about 10 kilometers.

Green belts along the Shibawan Road were reset and the road was rebuilt by stone material with high strength, high hardness and good wear resistance to ensure safety for drivers.

A new walking route marked with rainbow colors has also attracted a lot of attention since its completion.

The 2.5-km track with fluorescent paintings is ideal for those looking to take in the beautiful views of Taihu Lake at both day and night.

In addition, a total of 174,000 LED pixel lights have made the new wind tower at Taihu Lake popular among visitors.

With a height of 39 meters and a diamater of 45 meters, the wind tower is located 500 meters from the shore. A series of light shows are held there every night.
