The three of Wuxi's nationally recognized intangible cultural heritage items – Huishan clay figurines, Yixing zisha (purple clay) pottery, and Jiangnan silk – have been introduced to the outbound duty-free store of Shenzhen State-owned Duty-free Commodities (Group) at Wuxi Shuofang Airport.
The introduction of these intangible cultural heritage projects into the duty-free store represents a major breakthrough in Wuxi's cultural tourism industry, showcasing a new approach of combining intangible heritage, port and consumption.

This initiative is not just a display of products but an active presentation of culture. It not only serves outbound travelers but also aims to create a unique cultural calling card for Jiangnan.
From clay embryo to colorful painting, from classic designs to creative derivatives, Huishan clay figurines have long moved beyond mere handicrafts to become emotional symbols that convey the aesthetics of Jiangnan life.

Zisha pottery is more than just teapots and cups; it embodies the Eastern wisdom of "using objects to express principles", silently narrating the Jiangnan lifestyle steeped in the fragrance of tea.
With its soft texture and elegant patterns, Jiangnan silk weaves the gentle charm of the water towns and interlaces the Silk Road connections that span ancient and modern eras.
