Three forest trails in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, have been recognized as provincial-level trails, bringing the total to nine and increasing the combined distance to over 80 kilometers.
The Qianyuan village forest trail in Yixing, a county-level city in Wuxi, is built along the mountain terrain and stretches approximately 4.5 km. Along the way, visitors can marvel at the "thin strip of sky" spectacle formed by ancient limestone, enjoy panoramic views of sprawling tea plantations, and explore high-altitude wild rhododendron blooms.

Shunke Mountain serves as an important ecological barrier for Wuxi, with rugged yet picturesque landscapes. The forest trail runs along the mountainside for about 5.3 km. A previously dead-end zigzag dirt path has been upgraded to a gravel forest trail with stone steps. Safety features such as handrails and lighting have been added, making it easier and safer for seniors and children to hike.

Situated within the Xinzhou Eco-Park, the Wuyun Forest Trail is a perfect example of a small yet beautiful forest trail, thanks to its thoughtful design. As you walk along the trail, various signs and markers serve as "talking guides", clearly directing visitors on hiking routes, guiding them to scenic spots, and helping them locate facilities like restrooms.
